Ed Miliband 'to end bedroom tax' if Labour are elected

Ed Miliband has said Labour would end what he calls the "bedroom tax", that sees a reduction in housing benefit for those claimants that have extra bedrooms, if elected in 2015.

Mr Miliband pledged to pay for the change by ending "boardroom tax loop holes".
