Conservative conference: Osborne on Labour and Lib Dems

George Osborne poked fun at both the Liberal Democrats and Labour in his speech to the Conservative conference.

And he re-used Ed Miliband's mantra from his conference speech to ridicule Labour's plans for an energy cap, as the chancellor told his own conference: "Britain can do better than that".
