'Important to get disability reforms right' - Government

Delaying the government's welfare changes for disabled people in England, Scotland and Wales is the "right thing to do", according to the Care minister.

Norman Lamb told BBC News that the reforms were too important to rush, and the delay would ensure that the government got the measures right.

Labour's Rachel Reeves said it showed there was "chaos" in the department.
