Hunt: A&E services saved at Ealing and Charing Cross hospitals
Accident and Emergency services at Ealing and Charing Cross Hospitals, in London have been given a reprieve, the health secretary has announced.
In a statement to the House of Commons, Jeremy Hunt said it was "time to end the uncertainty" over the departments' futures.
The announcement comes one day after the Court of Appeal ruled that he did not have power to implement cuts at Lewisham Hospital in south-east London.
