PMQs: Cameron on Hull named City of Culture

Labour MP Karl Turner asked the prime minister to congratulate Hull on winning the competition to be UK City of Culture in 2017.

David Cameron told the Hull East MP it would be a "very exciting opportunity" as he reeled off a list of the city's cultural heroes.
