PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on cost of living standards
Ed Miliband claimed David Cameron was "utterly complacent and out of touch with the country" as the pair clashed over living standards.
The Labour leader claimed there was a "cost living crisis in this country" and spoke about plans to cut the 45p tax rate.
But David Cameron said the top rate of tax was "higher than any of the times he was in the cabinet, he was the government and or he was working in the Treasury trying to wreck the economy in the first place."
And he issued a challenge: "I am happy to compare our records any time of day."
