Grayling reforms and HM Liverpool academy with working prisoners
Conservative polices on prisons changed from the Michael Howard to the Ken Clarke eras, and today's aims see a move to keep people out of prison and help them get a job.
Giles Dilnot reports reports from HM Liverpool on an academy - aiming to look like a store rather than a prison - helping to give work to convicts serving time, and also when they leave prison.
