Stephen Williams MP on saving pubs and community assets

On Tuesday afternoon, MPs will debate pub closures, and what can be done to keep them open. One option is to make use of "community rights", which came into force in 2012.

Communities Minister Stephen Williams explains how they work as he looks at sites in Oxfordshire in his personal film.

Mr Williams debated this film on Tuesday's Daily Politics on BBC Two, and the discussion will be on iPlayer for seven days after transmission.
