Save our pub: Drinkers' powers to postpone conversion

Drinkers have grouped together to save their pub being turned into a supermarket or shop, using powers to postpone a sale for six months allowing enough time to raise funds to buy it themselves.

One weapon that communities have to stop developers buying and converting a pub is to list it as an asset of community value.
