Esther McVey on 'record number' of people in jobs

The UK unemployment rate has dropped to 7.1%, close to the point at which the Bank of England has said it will consider raising interest rates.

Employment Minister Esther McVey told the BBC's Simon McCoy that the figures show the government is determined to provide a secure future for people.
