Somerset floods: Residents 'need more than apologies'

The row between the government and the Environment Agency over recent flooding in south-west England is intensifying.

The Chair of the Agency, Lord Smith, has admitted he should have done more to get money for dredging rivers but says his staff did all they could with available resources.

In the meantime, some residents of flooded villages feel they have not been given enough help.
