Flood insurance: Labour's Ed Miliband calls for 'clear standard'
Ministers have met leaders of the insurance industry in Downing Street to explain what they are doing to help victims of flooding across England and Wales.
Prime Minister David Cameron has urged the industry to deal with flood claims as quickly as possible.
Labour leader Ed Miliband, who has been visiting Somerset, said householders who had been affected by flooding had been through enough, and needed clarity and reassurance.
''The government has to force the insurance industry to set a clear standard for people having their temporary expenses covered," he said.
