PMQs: Cameron and Dodds on Hyde Park bomb court case

The collapse of the court case against a man accused of killing four soldiers in the 1982 IRA Hyde Park bombing was "deeply offensive to the people of the country", said the DUP's Nigel Dodds.

He called on the prime minister to scrap "these get-out-of-jail free cards", which meant no court case could now take place.

David Cameron said it was a "dreadful mistake" and John Downey "should never have received the letter that he received".
