Clegg v Farage on EU: Opening statements

UKIP's Nigel Farage and Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg have given their opening statements in the second of their two debates on UK's membership of the European Union.

Mr Farage said he wanted the UK to "get up off its knees and govern itself again".

Mr Clegg described Mr Farage's view as "a dangerous con".
