EU debate: Clegg attacks 'indefensible' Farage on Putin

Comments by UKIP's Nigel Farage about Russian President Vladimir Putin are "indefensible", the Lib Dem leader has said.

In the second of two debates on the UK's membership of the EU, Mr Clegg criticised Mr Farage for saying he "admired" Mr Putin.

Mr Farage said he had been misquoted, and that "the British people have had enough of endless foreign military interventions".
