Maria Miller expenses: Shapps says row should end

Conservative Party Chairman Grant Shapps has said it is time to move on from the row about Culture Secretary Maria Miller's expenses.

It follows new claims that she tried to intimidate the parliamentary watchdog that was investigating her.

The Prime Minister faced more questions over his support for her as he addressed the Conservative Party's Spring Forum.
