Pauline Pearce on fame and politics after London riots
A woman who found fame after the 2011 London riots said she was still recognised wherever she went.
Pauline Pearce spoke about the legacy of the violence and rioting in Hackney, London. She also spoke about her current bid in politics along with MP David Lammy, but she rejected his offer to join Labour.
After they watched a Daily Politics film looking back to 2011, Miss Pearce spoke about how several political parties tried to win her over after her moment of fame, and why she chose the Lib Dems.
