Leanne Wood on Plaid Cymru bid for Welsh votes in EU elections

Around 150,000 jobs in Wales are reliant on the European Union, said the Plaid Cymru leader, who was "perfectly relaxed" about a referendum on membership.

Leanne Wood said hers was the "only party that will put Wales first" in the campaign for the four seats in the Wales constituency being contested in elections next Thursday.

She told Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics that Wales should remain in the EU, but the party wanted to "change aspects of the European Union" as she appealed for Greens and Lib Dems to back Plaid.
