David Blunkett on Birmingham schools extremism claims
The claims of Islamic extremism in Birmingham schools are being dealt with in a "very muddled way", said a former Labour education secretary.
David Blunkett said the job was falling between the Education Funding Agency, an inspection regime and trusts.
And when Jo Coburn asked if there was a threat to national security, he said: "It would appear not."
