William Hague: Iran can 'play more positive role'

The Foreign Secretary William Hague has told MPs that Iran can "play a more positive role" across the Middle East.

Mr Hague was speaking in the House of Commons after it was announced that the UK is reopening its Embassy in Tehran, which has been closed since 2011.
