Labour leader Miliband: 'UK future is in the EU'

Labour leader Ed Miliband has delivered a speech outlining his plans to build a more prosperous Britain.

Mr Miliband set out a five point strategy including institution reform, a culture of "long-termism" and an "outward looking Britain".
