Ed Miliband: 'England can learn from Wales'
The Labour Party in Wales can teach its counterparts in England about its handling of public services, the party's leader has said.
Ed Miliband visited Caerphilly on Friday and took his shadow cabinet to meet First Minister Carwyn Jones's.
