UKIP's Nigel Farage on leaving the European Parliament

The UKIP leader was asked what he was doing in the European Parliament after he attacked its flag and anthem, and he accused its members of being "dirge-like and dull".

Green MEP Philippe Lamberts said Nigel Farage sounded like the leader of the opposition in the House of Commons.

But Mr Farage accused the Green of sounding like "someone from the old communist-era", and told him not to worry about his presence as: "Within five years, I won't be here."
