Labour's dilemma over MP vote rights

The three main parties at Westminster have promised to devolve more powers to Holyrood following last week's referendum in Scotland.

But if English and Welsh MPs have little say in affairs north of the border, should Scottish MPs still be allowed to vote on affairs that do not affect Scotland?

David Cameron wants English MPs to decide on England-only laws, but Labour has warned against creating two classes of MP.

Labour traditionally has dozens of MPs from Scotland and the Conservatives very few, so a change to the status quo could severely hamper any future Labour government.

BBC Newsnight's Allegra Stratton spoke to Labour MPs and members at the public at Labour's annual conference in Manchester to get their views on the issue.
