Labour conference: Ed Miliband on NHS staff and money
Ed Miliband said it was time to transform the NHS, as he announced plans for extra staff who could "spend proper time with us, not rushed off their feet".
The leader said the next Labour government would create a Time to Care Fund, which would fund 20,000 nurses, 8,000 GPs, 5,000 care workers and 3,000 midwives.
He told his party conference that Labour would create a "truly world-class 21st century health and care service".
