Tory conference: David Cameron on NHS and health plans
David Cameron has accused Labour of spreading "complete and utter lies" about his party's plans for the NHS. saying the opposition was talking "the same old rubbish".
He spoke about the scandal of Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust, and how the NHS had cared for his late son, Ivan.
The prime minister received a standing ovation as he asked his party conference: "How dare they frighten those who rely on a national health service?"
