Lord Smith on Scottish devolution commission deadlines
There are differing views on what extra devolution for Scotland could mean over powers such as tax and welfare,
The government's answer to sort out this debate was a commission, which is being led by Lord Smith of Kelvin, who delivered the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
In a Daily Politics film, he told reporter Giles Dilnot about the importance of deadlines, and said: "I don't see it as mission impossible at all."
