Nigel Farage: 'Lord Hill should be Lord who'
UKIP leader Nigel Farage has condemned the appointment of the UK's Lord Hill as EU commissioner for financial services, saying no-one knows who he is.
MEPs in Strasbourg voted by 423 to 209, with 67 abstentions, to approve new European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker's team.
Speaking ahead of the vote, Mr Farage said he would be voting against Mr Juncker's team, not because of the members, but because the whole structure of the Commission was "anti-democratic".
