PMQs: Cameron and Miliband on European Arrest Warrant

The Labour leader accused the prime minister of delaying a vote on the European Arrest Warrant, claiming he was "paralysed by fear" of a backbench rebellion ahead of the Rochester and Strood by-election.

Ed Miliband offered his support to get the issue through Parliament, but David Cameron blamed the Spanish for a temporary delay and said there would be a UK vote ahead of the 20 November Kent poll.
