PMQs: Devolution call for Essex and East Anglia

The people of Essex and East Anglia should get the same devolution as those in Scotland, says a Lib Dem MP for the county.

Sir Bob Russell told the prime minister that "fairness was needed in all parts" and more people lived in Essex than voted Yes in the Scottish independence referendum,

David Cameron said promises must be kept to Scotland, and English counties must "have the ability to vote on these issues as they affect England".

And he accused Labour of giving up and having nothing to say on English devolution,.
