CBI: Jobs growth in 2015 but hampered by skills shortage
Half of businesses will take on more staff next year according to a study by the Confederation of British Industry.
The survey of more than 300 companies said jobs would be created in all nations and regions of the UK but a lack of skills could still hold back the economy.
