Tax avoidance and evasion: Toby Young v Owen Jones
Guardian columnist Owen Jones and Toby Young from the Spectator debate the rights and wrongs of avoiding tax.
They spoke with Andrew Neil and Independent editor Amol Rajan on the Daily Politics after Conservative peer Lord Fink said that "everyone does tax avoidance at some level".
A row broke out between Lord Fink and Labour leader Ed Miliband when a list of political donors who had bank accounts with HSBC's private Swiss banking arm was published by The Guardian and the BBC's Panorama.
Labour has said claims Ed Miliband avoided tax on a share of his parents' former home were a "straightforward lie".
The panel looked at the legalities of the contentious phrases: Tax avoidance and tax evasion.
