BBC Rewind: Margaret Thatcher's 'Right To Buy'
Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher hands over the sales deeds to one of the first council houses bought under the 'Right To Buy' scheme against a backdrop of protest against a range of Conservative government policies.
The London home was purchased by the Patterson family, who had lived in the house for 19 years, for the sum of £8,500.
