Hammond: 'More can be done to enhance channel security'
Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has said that there is "more that can be done to enhance the physical security" of the Channel Tunnel.
Mr Hammond said that returning migrants to their country of origin was the solution to the problem of "large numbers of pretty desperate" migrants in Calais.
An estimated 5,000 migrants displaced from countries including Syria, Libya and Eritrea are believed to be camped in and around Calais.
