Labour conference: McDonnell message to Scottish voters
Labour's plans for economic growth would reach "all regions and all nations of our country", the shadow chancellor said.
At the party conference, John McDonnell told delegates that the SNP had voted against the living wage, capping rent levels and voting for introducing fairer taxes to fund more spending on schools.
Addressing Scottish voters who had deserted his party, he said: "Labour is now the only anti-austerity party. Now's the time to come home."
