David Cameron: We need a 'British model' of EU membership

David Cameron has delivered a speech setting out details of what he wants to achieve in his attempts to renegotiate the terms of the UK's membership of the EU.

One demand is a guarantee that countries who do not use the euro are not discriminated against within the EU. He says these protections will create a "British model" of EU membership that other non-euro countries could also adopt.
