Farage on England, Wales and Scotland election results

UKIP's leader said his party was "making breakthroughs in Wales" and was winning council seats in England, where it had never won before.

He said his party was "biting quite hard into old Labour vote" and was coming second in a series of results.

Mr Farage said UKIP may get "one or two" more than his previous prediction of five seats in the Welsh Assembly, but Scotland was "very very difficult" for his party.
