Corbyn presses May over Surrey council tax deal
Jeremy Corbyn pressed Theresa May over claims of a "gentleman's agreement" between the government and Surrey Council over social care funding at Prime Minister's Questions.
The BBC has obtained a leaked recording of council leader David Hodge saying he struck a deal with the government before scrapping a 15% council tax hike.
The prime minister has repeatedly denied Surrey County Council was given what Labour calls "a sweetheart deal".
