Boris Johnson suggests 'space cadet Corbyn'

The Labour leader should be the first person that the UK sends into space, joked Boris Johnson in his speech to the Conservative conference.

Speaking about the project headed up by his brother Jo Johnson, the foreign secretary told Tory delegates: "I have a candidate for the first man we gently blast into orbit, and that is the superannuated space cadet from Islington."
