Boris Johnson on pledge to cut National Insurance
Boris Johnson says he wants to "help people with the cost of living" by changing rules on National Insurance contributions.
He says if the Conservatives are elected to power, workers won't have to pay contributions until they earn £12,500.
Earlier on Wednesday, he told workers in Teesside that he wanted to raise the threshold to £12,000.
