Covid-19: 'Stay in lockdown until R number is below 1' - Keir Starmer
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has said there will be "no effective exit" from the England-wide lockdown unless the government improves its test, trace and isolate processes.
Sir Keir told the BBC's Andrew Marr that restrictions should remain until the infection rate is below 1.
