PMQs: Starmer and Johnson on windfall tax on oil firms' excess profits
The Labour leader wanted to know if Boris Johnson backed his party's plan for a one-off tax on North Sea oil and gas companies to reduce people's energy bills.
The PM said "in principle" the government did not want to raise taxes, and accused Labour of "loving" tax rises, but said ministers would take a "sensible approach".
