Cap on bankers' bonuses gone - Chancellor confirms
Kwasi Kwarteng said the UK needed global banks to create jobs in London, not in Paris, Frankfurt or New York.
He told the Commons that caps on bankers' bonuses did not lower the total package of money, adding: "We are going to get rid of it."
