Rachel Reeves on Tory government and PM's record on the economy

The shadow chancellor has thanked Kwasi Kwarteng for a "comprehensive demolition" of the record of the Tories' last 12 years.

Rachel Reeves then went on to say the PM had been a minister defending its record, but now wanted to "break free from her own failed record".
