Green Belt building is 'like the wild west' - Starmer

The Labour leader has been explaining the "grey belt" phrase he has been using about housebuilding.

In his conference speech, Sir Keir Starmer pledged to "bulldoze" opposition with a pledge to build 1.5 million homes.

Radio 4 Today presenter Nick Robinson reminded Sir Keir about his previous comments and opposition to the HS2 development, when he was a backbench MP, despite his party backing the rail project.
