Minister Mark Harper asked four times if he has confidence in Braverman
The transport secretary said he was answering the question "but in my way" when asked about the home secretary's comments on an Armistice Day protest calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Gaza war.
Mark Harper said ministers were “focussed” on making sure police had the legal powers they needed, and the planned march went ahead in a lawful manner.
BBC Breakfast presenter Charlie Stayt asked him four times if he had full confidence in the home secretary, saying he required a yes or no answer.
