Starmer warns Sunak about Braverman's leadership ambitions
The Labour leader has warned the prime minister to "think very carefully" about the policies of his home secretary.
Sir Keir Starmer said Suella Braverman's comments on homelessness being a "lifestyle choice", and also about security, were a “platform for her own ambitions”.
Mrs Braverman was next to the PM in the King’s Speech debate, shaking her head, as Sir Keir said there could not be a serious government without a serious home secretary.
