Sunak: Air strikes on Houthis in Yemen self-defence
The prime minister has said the air strikes ordered against Houthi "military targets" in Yemen were an act of "self-defence".
Speaking in Ukraine, he said Houthi attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea, putting lives in danger and disrupting international trade, "can't carry on".
Asked why he had not recalled Parliament before the military action, he said the strikes were "limited and necessary", and he would take questions from MPs across the Commons on Monday.
