Miliband: 'No regret' over handling of Falkirk

Ed Miliband has told BBC Scotland that he has no "regrets" over the way the Labour Party handled claims of vote-rigging in Falkirk.

The Labour leader says he followed the right processes and insisted a line had been drawn under the affair.

However, some in the local party say they are disappointed by Mr Miliband's failure to apologise or to express his regrets.
