Blooming daffodils in December

Daffodils are blooming in Edinburgh's Botanic Gardens thanks to unseasonably mild weather for December.

Warm air blown from the south has been keeping Scotland unusually mild for the time of year.

Temperatures in double figures have led to unusual sights in the garden as BBC Scotland's Rob Flett reports.
